A LITTLE BIT ABOUT HOW I PRACTICE LAW
When it comes to representing my clients I strive to always fight hard and give honest opinions. I take my role as an client advocate very seriously. Through communication and a full understanding of my client’s case, I feel that I can develop a certain level of trust and a bond with them. I want my clients to feel confident that they are receiving the best information so they can make the best decisions regarding their case.
Ever since I can remember I have wanted to be an attorney. I worked hard, pushed through school as quickly as I could and graduated as soon as I possibly could. I attended school locally, you could definitely say I am a south bay girl. I went to San Jose State University (Go Spartans!) and then went to Golden Gate University Law School. I passed the bar on my first try and immediately started working at the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s office.
While at the District Attorney’s Office I worked on many different units and gained a vast amount of experience in different areas of criminal law. I gained experience in different motions, jury trials, court trials and daily pre–trial conferences, just to name a few areas.
In 2011, I decided it was time to be my own boss. I left the District Attorney’s office and opened up my own practice. I have hit the ground running ever since. I currently handle all aspects of criminal defense from misdemeanors to felonies for adults and juveniles.
The most important thing to know about me is that I love what I do. That love and passion I have for my job is something that benefits my clients in the way I handle and treat their cases.
